Q1. What sample types can you handle?
We can handle a wide range of sample types, including blood, tissues, cells, microorganisms, and organelles. We also accept special samples such as FFPE for proteomics and skin swabs for metabolomics. Feasibility will be confirmed after a quick review.

Q2. How many samples do I need?
A minimum of 3 replicates is required; 3–6 replicate for animal samples; 6–10 replicates for clinical samples. For detailed sample volume, storage, and preparation requirements, please contact us to request our sample submission guideline.

Q3. How should I collect, store, and ship samples?
Use clean, low-bind tubes; snap-freeze promptly (dry ice/−80 °C) unless we advise otherwise; avoid repeated freeze–thaw. Ship on dry ice with a simple sample list. We provide a short packing checklist before shipment.

Q4. What kind of raw data / format do I get?
You’ll receive a comprehensive project report with detailed detection results, pathway analysis, and publication-ready figures. For proteomics and untargeted metabolomics, we also provide raw instrument data files (e.g., .d, .mzML, .wiff) for downstream analysis or journal submission.

Q5. What if a sample fails QC?
You’ll receive QC details and options (re-prep, re-run, or replace). We don’t proceed without your approval.

Q6. Can you help interpret the results?
Absolutely. Along with your data, we deliver a complete analysis report. We also offer post-project consultations and customized downstream analysis upon request, so you can get the most out of your results.
